Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a great location near the 404 for easy access to the northeast part of GTA. The rooms are spacious and very clean, though a bit smaller than expected. The service is friendly and helpful, with some room for improvement in terms of privacy. Overall, a decent option for those exploring the Toronto area.
Despite being close to a highway, my stay at the hotel was cozy with roses and candles, though the room was smaller than expected. The cheesy lounge music and loud TV news created a bit of a cacophony. The service staff who worked the early shift at 6 am were very friendly and helpful, even offering a 10% discount on our room rate due to the disappointing breakfast. The location, near 404 with easy access to all points in the northeast part of GTA, was the main reason for my choice, though a better blanket in the room would have been appreciated. The dining experience fell short with molded and dusty surroundings, hard to breathe in, resulting in a low rating in that aspect. The facilities were average. The hotel is clean and comfortable but could use some improvements.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of surprises. Although the rooms were not ready even by 3:30 pm and the atmosphere was not what I had expected, the extra spacious and roomy accommodations with the usual Courtyard décor were a pleasant surprise. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The location, while on the outskirts of Toronto, was spacious and relaxing, with easy access and plenty of nearby amenities. However, the dining options were limited and could be costly, requiring some extra effort to find affordable alternatives.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spotless with no lingering odor, equipped with a fridge, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. Although there was some noise, it didn't bother me much. The service was efficient but lacked a bit of privacy when staff entered the room without knocking. The location worked well for me, being close to my events in the north part of Toronto. The dining experience was a mixed bag with great taste but prohibitively expensive. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I chose this hotel mainly for its convenient location, which provided easy access to Canadas Wonderland, shopping malls, and a water park. It was a decent stay overall, with some minor inconveniences like noise from the nearby staircases and the room being a bit smelly. The facilities were satisfactory, but the dining experience fell short of expectations.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable; being at the end of the hall on the top floor made it super quiet. The staff on site during my visit were friendly which enhanced the overall experience. However, I did encounter some issues with the dining service, notably a long wait for breakfast.
