The location, near 404 with easy access to all points in the northeast part of GTA, was the main reason for my choice, though a better blanket in the room would have been appreciated. The dining experience fell short with molded and dusty surroundings, hard to breathe in, resulting in a low rating in that aspect. The facilities were average.
